The „Polski Ład” law regulations - is it necessary to have a payment terminal?

The „Polski Ład” regulations obliges the entrepreneur to provide customers with cashless payments. Does this mean, however, that you must have a payment terminal?

Well, not necessarily! It leaves a certain margin of freedom here and cashless payments can be ensured, for example, by means of electronic transfers or mobile payments.
