Most of the provisions of the Polski Ład ("Polish Order") will come into force in less than a month. One of the most important issues for our industry and our clients is the obligation to pay without cash.
From January 1, 2022, entrepreneurs recording sales on fiscal devices (cash registers and fiscal printers, ONLINE and older type) will have to enable customers to make cashless payments.
The new obligation applies only to entrepreneurs obliged to use cash registers.
