ONLINE fiscal registers and printers

NOTE! As of 1st July 2021, the following tax payers are bound to use ONLINE fiscal registers:

hairdressers, beauty parlours, and cosmetic services (ONLINE registers for beauty parlours),
construction services (ONLINE registers for construction services),
in respect of medical services rendered by doctors and dentists (ONLINE registers for doctors and dentists),
legal services (ONLINE services for lawyers),
connected with operation of facilities aimed at improving physical fitness, only in the scope of entrance (ONLINE registers for fitness).

ONLINE printers and registers are fiscal devices with a function allowing to transfer - directly and automatically – data gathered to the Central Registers Repository, subject to the Polish Ministry of Finance. The data transfered covers i.e. daily reports, fiscal receipt or non-fiscal documents.
