Fiscal memory read

a tax payer needs to save data from secured memory
read and minutes of reading shall be done in a maintenance facility (without the Fiscal Office's attendance)
an ONLINE device when goes into the "read-only mode" needs to be connected to the Internet to provide data to CRK
the tax payer is bound to provide the minutes of reading to the Fiscal Office within 5 days as of conducting it and drawing relevant documentation,
in case of liquidating the device, along with the said documents, also a motion to deregister the devices from the Fiscal Office's record shall be added.

Each validated scale needs to have the following information placed on the rating plate:

• admission number (type-approval number)

• metrological parameters (load, plot, tare value, etc.),

• CE sign with letter M,

• notification unit number,

• next to the CE sign and M letter the last two digits of the year in which conformity assessment was made,

• operation temperature if it varies from -10ºC to 40ºC,

• class symbol (e.g. III),

• information about the manufacturer.
