The Ministry of Finance has decided that the integration of the ONLINE cash register with the payment terminal will only apply from January 1, 2025.
The integration of the ONLINE cash register with the payment terminal results from the provisions of the „Polski Ład”. Entrepreneurs were to integrate both devices by July 1, 2022. There was a penalty of PLN 5,000 for the lack of integration!
