Honeywell DRH - Increased resistance to disinfection agents

This is especially important in case of devices such as bar code scanners which are use often by a couple of people. Having this in mind, Honeywell introduced a special Disinfectant Ready Housing (DRH) enclosure for the whole ecosystem of Auto ID products. This is good for frequent disinfection keeping at the same time endurance.

Honeywell devices with a DRH enclosure are:

• Manufactures from a special plastic resin which can be exposed to chemicals (tested on 34 various cleaning agents).
• Designed so that it can be cleaned a couple of times per hour using strong cleaning agents.
• Very resistant as the material from which it is made won't become fragile, won't fall apart, won't damage due to numerous cleaning.
